This podcast is very interesting in light of everything that has come to light about the Tavistock in the meantime.

A gushing interview by Miriam O’Callaghan with the mother of a “trans” 8 year old in ireland. The mother said her son indicated at age 1 that he was really a girl by showing interest in ‘girl things’. She had discussions with him at age 3 about gender - and how women in Saudi Arabia were not permitted to drive etc. His primary school accepted him as a girl. The mother was considering puberty blockers if the child wanted to go down that route.
I wonder how the child is getting on now.

Miriam also spoke to Donal O’Shea at the end, the Endocrinologist. No discussion about the negative outcomes for children going down the medical path.

Thanks for this OP.
For years so many in the media have been pushing the "trans child" myth. While ignoring serious safeguarding issues about who is protecting these children from adults imposing their delusions / age inappropriate beliefs on them.

She had a conversation with a three year old about gender and how women in other countries cant drive cars? Why did she do that, Im guessing because she took exception to him playing with toys she thought he shouldn't play with. My nephew used to wear his big sisters dresses and have quite long hair and he turned out to be a straight man.

I find it genuinely fascinating that this turns up so often, yet when you put it to TRAs that it's all based on sexist stereotypes they deny it.

It's soooooo much more complex than that! But they can never explain what it actually is based on.
