'A trans woman who threatened to 'batter' a top surgeon after she carried out her gender reassignment surgery is facing jail.
Vivienne Taylor, 28, bombarded Tina Rashid with unwanted emails, and even turned up at her workplace several times claiming she had booked an appointment.
Ms Rashid, who specialises in surgery for trans women at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, carried out Taylor's gender reassignment surgery in 2021, Westminster Magistrates' Court heard.
The surgeon realised there were 'a large number of photographs' of herself on Taylor's phone, who was later discharged from hospital but returned after suffering 'complications' believed to be 'self-inflicted', Prosecutor Jonathan Bryan told the court.
'The defendant was insisting that she be treated by the same surgeon. She threatened to kill herself if she wasn't dealt with by that surgeon,' Mr Bryan said.'

The person has been jailed for 14 months. They have been on remand in Wandsworth and asked to be moved to Bronzefield or ‘another female prison’. Judge told them, they had no say in this decision - it was to be left to the people who are qualified to make those decisions. (from Daily Mail).

Well if you start indulging individuals with personality disorders, then they will expect it to continue.
The surgeon looks very beautiful and is accomplished. I’m sure that was a major trigger for him.

Are men who identify as trans more violent than the average male? Given how relatively few 'transwomen' there are, they do seem to be involved in a lot of crimes involving threat, violence or sex.

I think that realising that nobody actually sees them as the sex they claim to be on a daily basis has got to be part of the reason for the aggression.

Dr Rashid has made £££ specialising in trans cosmetic surgeries for patients who need mental health treatment instead. I wonder if this might be a wake up call for the surgeons? They need to take responsibility - where’s their duty of care? It’s not like they just work at McDonalds and are handing out burgers.

I think we have a solid decade of evidence now that men who identify as trans are more likely to be violent. The Ministry of Justice figures show that 74% of transwomen in prison have convictions for rape, sexual assault or very violent crimes, while 62% have convictions for rape or sex crimes.

Interestingly, if we're supposed to believe that transwomen are women, and transmen are men, you'd expect there to be many more transmen in prison with convictions for violent crime than transwomen. Turns out that there are only a handful of transmen in prison with convictions for these offenses.

It's almost like the entire ideology is built on lies.

That’s one seriously disturbed and dangerous individual, and I doubt we’ve heard the last of him. He shouldn’t be anywhere near woman or children. The thought of him in leisure centre female changing units is absolutely terrifying.

I do wonder if she is considering changing her practice. I would be realising that these are not mentally well patients and considering the hippocratic oath. I assume the patients have to undergo some form of mental health screening, which clearly is not working (not sure it can given the aim is to change sex which is impossible and should flag mental illness regardless).

It was the "self inflicted damage" that made me wince - goodness knows what he was doing to himself down there but I suspect he would do it to a real woman if he could.

I find it really odd how so few media outlets report on these stories. I am sure if people read this as "man threatens to rape surgeon's husband" there would be more outrage but because it is filed under "trans" most outlets won't report it.

The good old BBC are calling this man ‘she’.

Just complained about that. I would say the chances of them correcting it are probably on a par with them closing the male/ female pay gap but still…

Interestingly there is a thread on Trans Reddit about this individual which is something I've never seen before. They normally ignore stories about trans people who have commited crimes.

Most comments are about not tarring all trans people with the same brush or how Taylor hasn't had, or won't have their mental health needs addressed. Then there is the odd poster who seems to have clicked how many dangerous, disturbed people they have within their 'community'

Eta. My WiFi is sluggish today so I could read a bit before the paywall descended. It is the same bloke. He's being held at Downview, which has a wing for the blokes who claim to have lady brains. The men can associate with the women prisoners. They're supposed to be closely supervised, one on one. Apparently this often doesn't happen because the people running the prison have to prioritise other issues over the women's dignity and safety. I'm assuming the fragrant Vivienne is being treated the same as the other violent men held there.
