Lesbians are Same-Sex Attracted – Green Women’s Declaration Webinar – 4/11/25

Green Women's Declaration will hold our next webinar on Tuesday November 4th at 19:00 - 20:15

Our guest speaker will be Kate Harris, who is a life-long feminist and lesbian campaigner.

She will be speaking to Jude English from Green Women's Declaration. They will be looking to a positive future for lesbians while addressing our Seventh Declaration: "Lesbians are, by definition, women who are same-sex attracted and are entitled to organise and create spaces based on that definition"

Kate co-founded the LGB Alliance in 2019 alongside Bev Jackson, to advocate for the rights of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals. They have been pivotal in reinvigorating hope for lesbians by engaging in public debates, policy and legal challenges, including contributing to the ‘lesbian interveners’ in the successful For Women Scotland vs Scottish Ministers appeal at the Supreme Court.

Their webinars are always really good. Unfortunately lots of gender critical Green Party members have been suspended or expelled for participating in them. I think many of the previous ones are available on YouTube as well.
