I was a bit confused when it talked of the decision the SC will shortly be making, but the article dates from last November, I believe. No less relevant though.

Indeed, Naomi C used this analogy again in her final submission to the court in Kelly & Leonardo only the other day.

“It doesn’t matter if it’s got a special certificate that says that for legal purposes it’s a walnut. It still needs to be left out of the peanut-free dish, or the peanut-free dish ain’t peanut-free.”

I love this article. I especially love that they take apart the “but what if the TIM passes?” argument, and point out that that makes it worse not better!

The comments after the article about things which remain the same no matter what surgery or hormones a man has are key when we think about safety.
My first husband was the same height and weight as me but so much physically stronger.
He easily overpowered me.

My only concern is that this might mean the disappearance of Pete the Plumber. It will be Sad Times indeed if he is laid to rest
