I'm going to hazard a guess that he doesn't believe that TWAW, and in fact he doesn't much care. He has been caught in the middle between the unions/Stonewall/whoever was advising Leonardo, who were all pushing the case for TWAW, and the women, who were mostly not complaining, or at least not to him. He went with the empty vessels making the most noise, and now he is trying to justify that.

J - in terms of procedure, need to find date for further hearing. Date 21 or 22 Oct and a date in Nov.
There is discussion about dates for submissions and clarifying what the Oct dates are

I wonder about the wisdom of saying before a judge that you have no respect for the law and obeying it is a matter of opinion and choice.

I also note this adding to increasing evidence that political capture by the genderists is now openly moving onto the ground of the law is just an opinion and good people don't follow or respect the law.

This is bloody dangerous territory. If we had a PM/government with balls and a grip, or any option of a political party with a grip you would think they'd be forseeing the issues here and moving to do something about it bloody quick.

But they won't of course. I'll make a list of the laws I don't agree with and plan to regard as optional.
