Blimey! I thought I was well informed but there are a few there I didn't know about. Unfortunate for Stephen that jkr's fund wouldn't support him. I'll look out and see if I can buy a plant or two.
It beggars belief that people are going through all this.

anyolddinosaur · 04/10/2025 21:14

It's annoying that people are still having to fight so hard after the Supreme Court judgement. The success rate of these cases is pretty good though.

Have just seen elsewhere that Sara Morrison's Discrimination case against Belfast Film Festival is going to court in 4 weeks time. Possibly not been updated because JKR's fund is supporting it?

You forgot to add to the other two Graham Linehan's new garden for his illegal arrest which is proving to be a very large one unfortunately, it's in collaboration with the Free Speech Union and he's hoping women will dig deep for him again.

No-one "has " to stump up for anyone. Women decide for ourselves who we want to fund - TRAs berating us usually increases donations nicely.

I've been told no more gardening is currently needed for Sara Morrison.

I donate as much as I want to support whoever I want. I have a budget but it isn't a hard line. Nobody gets to tell me what I should do with my money.

It's still open, I've just donated this evening, to Sara Morrisons discrimination case against Belfast Film Festival

anyolddinosaur · 08/10/2025 09:50

@JanesLittleGirl Like you I have a budget - we have joint accounts and it's a bit bigger than our usual spend what you like so I agreed an amount with my husband.

Sara has said she doesnt currently need more funding, the money goes direct to Sara's lawyers. I didnt ask what would happen to any left over funds but it's usual to allocate them to other similar cases.
