Any news? Has the SC judgement made any difference?

Here

I couldn't see which site that's from but it's a misrepresentation of the guidance. The section isn't "under review". It's finalised and usable by schools.

The separate document to which it refers (Gender Questioning Children guidance) hasn't yet been finalised but this section of the KCSIE guidance is not under review.

According to the statutory guidance that's live right now, schools should be recognising that being LGB is different from being gender questioning and that the latter could indicate underlying vulnerabilities.

Here's what the KCSIE guidance actually says ⬇️

So it still only considers the safeguarding needs of the gender-questioning child, and not how certain types of 'safeguarding' for that child can put other children at risk.

howdoyoudoyoudoit's screenshot appears to be from, or referencing, the NSPCC.
