When Women Are Radicalised

It's an older article so it might have been posted already, but I found it interesting, because I've been wondering why so many young women have bought into all this batshittery that going on.

When Women Are Radicalised

"There is growing awareness of how young men can be drawn into far-right extremism or misogynistic subcultures, but we in the media—and society more broadly—pay less attention to how young women become drawn into political subcultures. Indeed, the terms “radicalisation” and “women” are rarely—if ever—seen together. This oversight has consequences, because radicalisation—defined as rigid commitment to an ideological cause to the point where it distorts one’s worldview, harms mental health, undermines relationships, or disrupts functioning—is not a male-only phenomenon."

When Women Are Radicalised

Men aren’t the only ones susceptible to extremist thinking.

An interesting observation. Historically women were statistically more inclined to vote right wing for a party like the Conservatives and men more inclined to vote left wing especially where they worked in unionised sectors.

However over the past 50 years this has flipped around and now woman are more inclined vote lying and men to vote right wing.
