Well that’s a mentally ill man who thinks having a smaller waist after having ribs removed will somehow magically transform him into looking more like a man, but it’s perfectly possible as a real woman to maintain their waistline without having life threatening surgery to remove ribs.

Surely if he wanted a smaller waist he could just waist-train with a corset? I mean, it's not a particularly healthy option either but it's less invasive than surgery.

They have an absolutely huge Instagram following, so maybe they made it all up themselves, but they have put up post-surgery images and everything, so it's a very dedicated "fake".
