I’ve been reading around the trans ideology to try and be better informed. I have two references to share which I have found really interesting and will be recommending to my contacts who insist on being kind but have a very limited knowledge of both sides of the debate.

#1 Sounds Nolan Investigates Stonewall

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand/p09yjmph?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile

Ive just listened to episode 4 and there is a non binary person actually HAVING A DEBATE with the presenter. Its been useful to hear a calm and respectful debate. But it doesn't change my GC views as it demonstrates his specious and frankly baffling arguments. Too much of the justification on feeling discrimination etc.

It’s heartening to hear my views being represented on the BBC (!).

#2 Transgender Rights vs Women’s Rights, Robert Wintemute, 2025.

A thoughtful discussion on how the trans ideology has evolved and why women's rights are threatened. Im a bit late to the party and got interested after listening to https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-witch-trials-of-j-k-rowling/id1671691064

I did wonder if we could set up a thread which collates useful balanced and factual references. Much of my reading has been as a result of reading other threads. I bookmark these or take a screenshot.

However a library thread runs the risk of being derailed with references posted by men (who identify as woman) who are not used to reasoned and critical debate and think sharing batshit crazy stuff is good enough. 😎😎😬
