is it legal for the RSPB to advertise this women only walk and then say it’s for anyone who identifies as a woman or anyone who is non binary? So basically a mixed sex walk:

If it says women only then males of any identity are banned.

What about it could make this illegal? Trans and non binary people haven’t been banned for existing, and this event is for them as well as women. It’s very clear

Woman in law means adult human female.
A trans or non binary identifying female can go
but a male who identifies as a woman cannot
its very simple.

An event is either single sex or mixed sex.
It should accurately identify itself.

A woman is an adult human female as confirmed by the SC so if they are advertising a woman only walk then only females should be permitted to join the walk.
Transwomen are male.
Non binary males are well male.
Niether should be permitted.

Well it is misleading, as it isn't women only.

So I would question why it isn't open to men who identify as men, as they appear to be the only people excluded.

Then very clearly says ‘These events are welcoming of any adults who identify as women. We also welcome non-binary individuals who feel comfortable in a women’s only space to these sessions’

And then explains it again. You are deluded if you think this is illegal

No it doesn't.
It says women only and women are female so if it wants to be open to both sexes it needs to remove the "woman only" part.

I didn’t say these people are women, I said they’ve very clearly explained the walk is not just for women.

I think it is set at must be a member for 90 days I believe.

I don't know wrt the last.
But I don't see the point of something being 'women only' if you let in NB men.
Surely if people want a women only event they won't want NB men there.
So it rather defeats the point.

I’ve quoted it from the website so saying it doesn’t say that makes you look silly.

But they have by saying its woman only.
You can't say it's woman only & accepts both sexes.
It has to be one or the other it can no longer be a free for all.

Have you actually read anything other than that one line? Report it to the police if you think it’s illegal.
