Really fascinating analysis of the current phase of ‘wokeness’ coming to an end and what will happen afterwards, against previous historical phases of wokeness, eg pre Nazi germany, a phase in the 80s/ 90s etc

Several different themes are identified, terfs are referenced a number of times but the general social contextual long view is worth hearing.

Eg ‘alternative knowledge economy infrastructures’ is apparently one feature post a “great awokening” which Helen Lewis postulates as being the current podcast circuit (near end)

Unfortunately it only seems to be part one of the discussion and I’m now hanging on a thread!
