LAVA Lesbian Action for Visibility Aotearoa has a case before the NZ Human Rights Tribunal starting in July. They are seeking a ruling that it is illegal for those with gender critical views to be discriminated against. Donations to LAVA in the month of June will be matched by a sponsor. You can read more about the case and donate via Stripe through this link.

Thank you! NZ was the first self governing country where women won the right to vote. But in 2021 our MPs, fooled by TRA and keen to pronounce on the world stage that we are the ‘kindest, most inclusive country in the world’, unanimously sold women’s and girls’ rights down the river with self ID.

We’ve effectively lost all of our secure changing spaces, single sex sports and other organisations, and, rates of prescriptions for sex change medications to minors are amongst the highest in the world.

We desperately need court cases like this one to start to turn the tide so we can get our privacy, safety and dignity back.
