It’s a shame that the zealots and the terminally-thick individuals who have been implementing gender ideology and erasing the rights of the public they serve can’t be held personally liable for these costs. Rather, the taxpayer is being screwed over twice by their so-called representatives, first by government policy and then by having to pay the costs of its illegality.

Yes. As I said, you’re being screwed over twice by the Scottish government. They remove your rights and then you have to pay the costs of the legal challenges. It’s a shame people like Sturgeon and Harvie can’t be sued individually.
