Would anyone mind explaining this to me?
Was the debate yesterday about the proposed amendment, or the whole of the bill?
If the Supreme Court judgement reiterated the importance of biological sex, how does the Data Bill affect it?
Did the Labour Party cynically take the view that the DB would counteract the SC ruling?

The amendment didn't pass, but the Bill's being sent over to the Lords so they may reintroduce it before they send it back to the Commons again.
