Just when you thought Stonewall couldn’t get any more wrong - the SC ruling isn’t law, and let’s double down on Stonewall Law.

I thought it was good if organisations got ahead of the law.

Fortunately, the adults have arrived.

They are used to telling people what to think and being believed. And getting away with it.

They were always able to use the same sex exceptions in the Equality Act - they are just acting on this now. This is a great example of how the Supreme Court judgement has brought clarity to orgs like the FA.

It's quite scary that organisations have been taking legal advice from these clowns.

The FA didn’t need ‘clarity’ - it could have implemented the law at any point (as did many other UK sporting bodies). The FA was cowardly in its failure to protect women’s sport.

They need to learn when it comes to the law it’s ’acceptance without exception’.
