Was it a dream?

I don’t think it’s fully sunk in for me what happened yesterday. Firstly I didn’t even know it was actually going to court and secondly, for the past whatever years I’ve spent utterly depressed and disturbed by the whole TWAW situation, I didn’t know how it was ever going to end (not that it’s fully over yet, by far).

Was I just ill informed? Did everyone else realise this was a possibility?

Nevertheless, it’s made me insanely happy. I feel like I can breathe again.

There is still a very long way to go yet.

I’ve acknowledged that already.

I agree OP. I did know about the case and was waiting anxiously for the judgement, checking my phone in my coffee break. I really had no idea which way it would go.

But, what I didn't expect was such a rapid and massive effect - statements from the NHS, the police and others that they would be considering or revising their policies. I thought they'd have to be dragged through the courts one by one before they gave an inch (just look at the NHS v Sandie Peggie and how tenacious they have been).

No, it's not over, but yes, I'm very pleased.

I’ve acknowledged that already.

You have!

It’s fascinating watching things unfold and people either doubling down or reverse ferreting on X.
