I think Justin is being kept away from it. I was looking forward to hearing him - but actually more powerful from Nick, given that Justin has never shied away from challenging the previously 😁received wisdom on this. (Who here btw was there for his utter outrage when a TRA once assumed his gender? I was cheering him on from my kitchen 😁)

It was great hearing the baroness spell it out, but yet again I was disappointed not to hear from the FWR women. Nick Robinson congratulating them would have been great! Have Radio 4 had any of them on at all yet? I’m also disappointed that when ? Nick was asking about the plight of transwomen not being able to use their hospital ward of choice no one said that at least women would now know the other people in their ward were women and not be called bigots when they knew a male who had made minimal changes to their body was on their ward which made them feel unsafe when undressing.

Justin should go back to that judgment and ask for an apology or reparation. It wasn’t long ago, maybe not too late
