Request that the Sandi Peggi NHS Fife case continues to be heard in public

Hi all very important see below. If you have already emailed Ed justice, you may have done so with an incorrect case reference number as a poster on Mumsnet posted with the wrong case number earlier. Please see the case reference number and email address below
Word has filtered down to me that Edinburgh Employment Tribunal has received very few objections to NHS Fife's attempts to deny public access (in person or remote) to the second part of the hearing due in July. It may be that people have been confused about where to send objections.
Please, if you object to Fife NHS's attempt to have justice done behind closed doors, with no one of a GC persuasion permitted to attend, email
[email protected]
quoting case ref: tel: 4104864/2024 -Peggie v Fife Health Board
and tell them why you think this needs to be heard in public, with ordinary members of the public allowed to watch remotely and in person.
This needs to be done in the next 48 hours or so. Decisions are swayed by complaints received. No complaints, the assumption is that no one cares.

Thank you OP for providing the address. Am going to send an email right after I post this.

This is so important.

That is not the correct case ref in your OP. It is:

Case reference 4104864/2024 - Peggie v Fife Health Board

If Mumsnet corrects the OP below then it might be an idea to ask Mumsnet to delete your thread, otherwise it is going to get even more confusing:

Hello @Heylo You can report your own post and ask them.

Thank you for drawing attention to this.

Email sent. Fortunately google mail has a delay so I was able to amend the case number before it was sent. 🙏

Hello @Heylo You can report your own post and ask them.

I may be wrong, but I understand that “reports” may not be read overnight.

It might be a good idea to post your request in the Night Watch.
