'A PRE-OP transsexual killer has been moved out of Scotland’s women-only jail after claims he had sex with other prisoners.
Paris Green was transferred out of Cornton Vale prison after inmates claimed he had fling with other cons.
Green – who used to be known as Peter Laing – was only sent to the prison five weeks ago after being convicted of murder.
But he has now been moved to a special section of Saughton prison in Edinburgh after being confronted with the allegations.
Green was originally told he could spend his minimum 18-year sentence in the women’s prison because he is about to undergo gender realignment surgery on the National Health Service.

But now he will be carefully monitored in Saughton’s special women’s section which has around 100 female inmates.
Prison insiders say Green, 22, had been involved in casual sexual relationships with other convicts at Cornton Vale, near Stirling.
It is understood that prison wardens had to have several talks with Green and his partners to warn them that their behaviour was unacceptable.'

Oh fgs.

No vulnerable male prisoner should be abused or unsafe in a male prison. That has absolutely nothing whatsoever with putting him in a women's prison. The two things are wholly unrelated.

That man has absolutely no place in a female facility and for him to be in one is a staggering act of misogyny and dereliction of duty that sees him as more important than the women estate as a whole. On a sexed basis.

If they really thought he was a woman they wouldn't care what he wanted, how he felt or what happened to him. It would just be 'acceptable risk'.

I wouldn’t assume that the sex was consensual. To be fair, he’s not accused of rape, but if I was in a jail with a man as dangerous as that one I don’t suppose I’d be reporting a sexual assault.

No, he was found guilty of murdering and torturing a man. This happened in my area. Reading between the lines of the contemporary reports, there was a sexual nature to the torture.

I recall that he's been shunted to and from the female prison estate ever since his conviction.

Seriestwo · 11/04/2025 17:28

I was meaning the women Paris kept having sex with in prison. He’s not convicted of rape, but agree, statistically speaking, that doesn’t mean he has never committed a sexual crime

Sorry - I should have read more carefully.

Well I'll go to the foot of our stairs - who could possibly have foreseen this?

No bother. We agree, he’s a monster.

i wonder how long he’s got left to serve, I’ve never really understood parole and all that.

I'm not sure. Very often, offenders have the chance of release halfway through their sentence, but surely this shouldn't apply to a murderer? (Particularly such a sadistic murderer.)

His minimum sentence was 17 years so he's still got a fair bit to go before he can apply for parole

Exactly. That’s how the TWAW claim disproves itself. If they actually were women, no one would give a damn what they claimed.

PonyPatter44 · 12/04/2025 17:13

I wonder why the SPS has failed to adopt the HMPPS guidelines for housing transwomen. Any transwoman who has ever committed a violent or sexual offence is auto-barred from the female estate. Its actually brilliantly simple, although it doesn't cover the mythical timid accountant TW who didn't pay her tv licence or something.

DuesToTheDirt · 12/04/2025 19:29

Well, not much surprises me in Scotland any more. This is the same country where the piece of shit who murdered Jill Barclay got a lighter sentence for being only 23 and evidently not understanding the horrendous nature of his crime.

littlbrowndog · 12/04/2025 21:36

To read what that man did. I really cant understand how you could do that to another person
and I despair of my country.

we are fucking shit as a country we don’t care about. Women and girls.

we just virtue signal that we are a progressive country

thanks sturgeon. Look what you did to our country

Seriestwo · 12/04/2025 22:06

She broke everything.

And we let her.

FFS. What a mess.

I feel the same. I actually am so angry what has been done by Sturgeon and all those virtue signalling politicians to our country. I actually hate being Scottish now. I used to be proud, the country of the enlightenment, that has had so many inventors of amazing things, beautiful scenery and a rich history. It feels like ashes in my mouth now as the legacy of the SNP under Sturgeon has meant we are literally arguing in court about the definition of what a woman is. And our government, our FUCKING government is trying to argue that it isn't the simple, scientific, basic fact that we are humans who produce large gametes and are the humans that have birthed the entire world and are therefore females and that's what a woman is. Oh no, they are trying to erase our words, our sex and our very existence. To appease a small subset of depraved men. Fuck me. In 2025.

Sorry for the swearing. I'm just so angry. And worried. Worried about myself, my future, but more importantly, my children and all the children who will live through this.

DuesToTheDirt · 13/04/2025 10:23

@INeedAPensieve I feel angry a lot these days. There are a number of factors here - work, some personal stuff, probably menopause too... but GI and the dumping of women's rights in the trash is a major one and I feel so resentful.

INeedAPensieve · 13/04/2025 18:50

Yep @DuesToTheDirt It's awful isn't it?

The fact this depraved man is still in the female estate is proof of how awful it all is. The Scottish government, Scottish prison service or any of our public services do not give a shit about women. Not one.

My MSP is very pro-women. She has been very vocal about gender identity, and men in women's prisons amongst other things, but she is swimming against the tide.

I'm so glad to hear that. Mine was Christine Mckelvie who sadly died recently. She was a Nicola Sturgeon believer though and ignored any criticism and just told anyone who raised issues they were bigoted. Same as Nicola unfortunately. I don't know who will replace her but I just wish our constituency was more pro-women.

Tara Hudson, described by the BBC thus:

'The make-up artist, who has had reconstructive surgery and lived as a woman all her adult life'

The 'reconstructive surgery' is not specified.

Hudson sued the MoJ.

Did Tara get balloons implanted in Tara's chest?

Like almost all men who call themselves 'trans', he will keep his penis.

I hope his presence didn't cause you any problems, and I'm sorry the government is not protecting women prisoners.
