Anyone else notice that the progress flag lanyards have disappeared from the staff in Pret

Just wondering if it is just me. Every branch I have been into, last year everyone had pronoun badges and progress lanyards, now, just plain old maroon. Coincidence or company mandate?

Ooo, not been in a Pret recently, but this sounds good. Reason to go for lunch later this week!

No I can't afford to go to Pret.

There's no charge to wander in, have your mind blown at the idea of a pack of crisps costing over two quid, and wander out again.

Ah yes, I have not been in there for a while due to the £4.50 pot it tomato soup.

£4. Bloody 50? I think I've been in in airports for coffee, it's not somewhere I tend to frequent.

Not at Pret specifically, but I went to a hospital last week and not a single Pride flag, lanyard, badge or other paraphernalia. A big change on last year.

OK. I have only ever bought lunch in the City so I get more choice and you can spit from one Pret to the next but if you wander down any of the narrow lanes you will find a Mom and Pop deli that sells a hot salt beef with mustard and pickle on rye for half the price of a Pret or Subway. Or you could have pastrami.

There is also Greggs.
