Emma Bateman s finally going to court with a Pre trial hearing on May 27. Her case is very strong so another defeat and payout for the Greens is coming. She was expelled three times from the Green Party for saying men are not women.
I have a court date on 27th May for a pre-application hearing of my case against the Green Party (this is a 1 day hearing to determine what will be included in the final case).
I am relieved that I have not had to wait too long after the last date was postponed, and I have used the time to continue going over my case. It took me a while to have the mental space to work through everything dispassionately, because the sustained ill treatment by the Green Party has taken its toll over the past few years.
But I am more than ready for the next round in this fight.
I have a great legal team in my corner in addition to help from excellent women of a certain age from the Green Women’s Declaration, many of whom are now suspended or expelled from the Party for daring to speak about our rights. Many exiled members have been treated badly by the leaders and officers caught up in the gender rush: it is a stain on the Green Party which will not be forgotten, and my case is for all of us.
In public the party bigwigs seem to have dialled down the gender euphoria. They know it is not winning hearts and minds, but inside the party gender ideology is entrenched and the circus continues.
So whilst I cannot say that I m looking forward to a day in court on May 27t I am very confident that it is going to go my way.
Thank you for sticking with me!
Meanwhile in internal elections for the NW region for the GREEN PARTY REGIONAL COUNCIL two candidates who are biology deniers were defeated after they used their position to target Green member who know biology is real . Instead we have candidates who are prowomen and pro-environment " election of Councillor Amanda Onwuemene from the Wirral and Councillor Kai Taylor from Knowsley to serve as GPRC representatives. Both were sponsored by Green Women’s Declaration and Greens in Exile."
northern greens on a mission to win back control of the Green Party
By booting out extreme trans-activists Melanie Earp (12.1% of the vote) and Lindsey McTeer (7.4% of the vote), members of the North West Green Party have put a stop to having their liberal, non sectarian views on sex and gender being misrepresented on the Green Party Regional Council (GPRC).

Green Party Regional Council (GPRC) is responsible for internal discipline so this is an important change. Plus there are now signs that there are dashing panic ferrets inside the Greens as they realise they have been breaking the law on equality by suspending members who know biology exists.
Breaking news ! GPRC’s is to conduct a review of all cases of members on ” No Fault Suspension”. Mitigations have to be sent to regional representatives before 22nd March.
