Not sure how to adjust the title, it's US state of Wisconsin testimony, not US federal Congress.

I watched that, incredibly powerful.

Now, can a few democrats find their moral courage?

withthegreatestrespect · 14/03/2025 19:17

Stunning. Moral courage of the highest order

Listening to someone who is in the know state all the stats like that is heart breaking. From 4 boys per month to 50 - 60 girls per month and they didn't question it. It's just the same as the Tavistock Clinic, it went for hardly any number, all boys, to hundreds of girls.

Wisconsin is the state where one of the Democrat Senators wants to change the term for women who have become mothers through IFV from mother's to inseminated people. That state is loco.

If you report your OP then you can explain that you are reporting it to get the title changed.

Thanks Delphinium. I just watched this. She has been such a powerful voice. I hope that they listen.

I remember when she first started to discuss the issues, a couple of posters tried to position Jamie as being transphobic. And this was before Roxxanne Reed started to detransition so was still identifying as a transitioned female.

I wonder how many decision makers in that panel will simply dismiss her testimony. I hope no one does. Her clarity is much needed.

The courage to own that you were wrong and to passionately try to stop the harm continuing. Impressive woman.

She is. That admission from her is remarkable.

That's a brilliant piece of testimony: eloquent, forceful, impassioned.

And, I would add, inarguable.

Who in their right minds is going to say she's wrong? Who's going to say: "Jamie, you've got it all ass-backwards. Of course we should be sterilising and mutilating same-sex attracted children. Of course we should be putting them through dangerous surgery that carries a high risk of infection and death. Of course we should be cutting the breasts off vulnerable, damaged girls raised in foster care."

Oh, yes, I forgot. The Democrats.
