LGBT Great

My organisation has just announced an association with 'LGBT Great'. I work for a large multi-national, not sure if it is just the UK bit.

I can't find out much about them, does anyone know what their education and awareness stuff is - are they a saner solution than Stonewall?

I just did extensive research Googled LGBT Great and found their website:

LGBT Great helps financial institutions become authentically inclusive by providing benchmarking and role model programs. The company supports LGBTQ+ inclusion through various initiatives, including the ProudWork Sustainability Programme and Project1000. LGBT Great also offers resources and events to complement Pride celebrations and promote
inclusive language within organizations.

They were founded in 2019, so quite well established, but I've never heard of them.

They look like More of the Same - any group that uses 'LGBTQ+' is like to really only be bothered about the 'T'.
'Resources and events to complement Pride' sounds🙄
and 'inclusive language' butters no parsnips..

Isn't Gamechanger the same as a Stonewall Champion? Wonder if this is why Stonewall has gone quiet, they've jumped sideways into a differently named charity.

They just look like a training company.

So OP - in for a bumpy ride, perhaps
But there's so much more support and resources available now [e.g. on here!] for challenging so-called 'inclusivity' which is actually all about the T.

And there's lots of evidence of how other companies and organisations have got themselves into deep legal do-do by following Stonewall's advice, so dropping the odd hint about possible dire consequences for your organisation if they follow LBGT Great's advice without checking the legalities...?
Maybe asking about the similarities between them and the increasingly discredited Stonewall?

But I'm only making suggestions - you may not be in a position to put yourself out there like that, and I'm not the bravest of people myself 😞so I'm not suggesting you put on your suit of armour and go out there to Free Orléans or anything heroic like that!

You say it is a multi-national - the US based multi-nationals are all running in the opposite direction from the recent version of DEI that we've been so critical of, because of its shallowness, so is your organisation swimming against that tide by involving LGBT Great?
