Almut Gadow won a settlement from Open University - standing against indoctrination and for academic freedom "A mutual settlement has been reached, which includes the payment of an undisclosed sum and the withdrawal of my claim, with no admission of liability. "
In Defence of Academic Freedom by Adult Human Female is an employment tribunal case against UCU for unlawfully discriminating against academics and the directors of the documentary because of their protected 'gender critical' beliefs. This is now fully funded “ thanks to a significant donation from an organisation that wishes to remain in the background. “ Case starts on March 31st 2025.
For women Scotland are awaiting a decision on UK Supreme Court: The Definition of Sex in the Equality Act. Their stretch target is fully funded, in fact more than funded.

Transparency In Schools - FOI Appeal To Access Secret Lesson Plan had an upper tribunal hearing on 16th and 17th September 2024. Latest update (December) just says waiting for a decision.

Dr Lynne Amidon, a former Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Team Manager at the Tavistock is going to an Employment Appeal Tribunal over Whistleblowing and Safeguarding Concerns at the Tavistock and Portman. This case has not attracted much support, not sure why but perhaps confusion with another similar case. Dr Amidon has now been made redundant.
Protect single sex facilities at work had a hearing in early October.. Naomi Cunningham will be representing Faye. No ruling on anonymity yet but there was going to be be another try for this this month, Faye will hopefully update on that. The Respondent has decided not to contest disability, that is great news as it should improve the prospect of anonymity being granted.
Sarah Holman was Harassed and Victimised for supporting Women’s Rights. Employment tribunal case. Lawyers have now received the “Grounds of Resistance“ from Bracknell Forest Council.
Simon Chambers was Assaulted and refused service at a pub for supporting women’s rights. There are 23 claimants in this action. There was a Review of the cases before the County Court Judge in Belfast on 16th September 2024. This was adjourned until February, the suggestion being that there will be eight test cases including Graham Linehan and Dr Julia Long . No recent update.

Sara Morrison is bringing a Discrimination case against Belfast Film Festival The case had been listed for Hearing for 5 days, commencing on 13th January 2025. It has been postponed because "my legal team and I are now pursuing an additional constructive dismissal claim alongside the existing case. "
Andreas Mueller is a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary. There was a hearing on 22nd October 2024 which covered anonymity for the complainant and trying to get this case joined with Elspeth’s similar case. Next key dates in this case: 22 and 23 April 2025. On 22 April, the tribunal will decide whether the claimant should be granted anonymity. On 23 April, we will try to have the claim against me struck out on the grounds that it is vexatious and has no reasonable prospect of success.
Elspeth’s case can be found as Chair of SEEN sued for saying 'only women menstruate' and will be a 16 day hearing. Anonymity for the claimant was refused.
Sex Matters are suing British Transport Police over their searching policy that allows men to search, and even strip search, women. Look for Crowdfund to stop abusive search policy on the Sex Matters website. Getting close to target but needs more plants.
Linzi Smith was banned and spied on for my beliefs. Linzi is a Newcastle United fan banned from the club. Letters before action were sent to Newcastle United and the Premier League in May. Linzi was taking legal action against the Football Association saying she wanted to Kick Stonewall Out of Football but funding for that has been closed.

Ursula Doyle was "hounded out of my job in publishing" . The final hearing will take place from the 8-17 September 2025. Anonymity for 2 authors named in the particulars of claim was refused. Permission was granted to extend the claim to include indirect sex discrimination on the grounds of the company’s trans-inclusion policy. There is a short film about this here

Gardens not accepting plants, and cases without gardens
Lawyers acting for three people - including campaigner Keira Bell are threatening to sue Wes if he doesn’t ban cross sex hormones for under 18s. If there is a garden I cant find it.

Let women play pool! The defendants have accepted that if it is determined that pool is gender-affected, then the women’s category must be male-free. There will now be an independent review involving an expert in human biology and an expert in cue sports working together.
