Another name change as can’t possibly be outed as GC in my line of work
Was emailed a form on Friday to complete and take with me to an appointment at 08:30 on Monday.
Was initially fretting as my printer in on the blink and was contemplating at trip to the library but then saw this question, for NHS patients.
“What gender were you registered as at birth” with the responses to circle being Male/Female/Undetermined.
The next question being about my current ‘gender identity’.
I want to decline to answer the first question or cross out gender and replace with sex.
I’ll have to ask the receptionist for a paper copy as the fuckers have also spelt my name wrong.
I don’t want to give the receptionist of the private health company any grief, and really do want this operation but don’t want to acquiesce to this shite!
Any advice will be gratefully received.
