That article's a bit convoluted. Is he saying that women's sports won't get enough funding if men can't participate in them? He might be implying that sponsors pay more for male sports, so they'll pay more to female sports if the players are actually male.

This might be true ... but I'm not sure "Female sports need male privilege, so let me in" is exactly the winning point he may have thought.

I wonder if he ever thought about the women who not only lost opportunities due to the closure of the races/racing groups but were then denied even more opportunities by the mediocre men like himself steeling what little is left.
I also love how he seems to think that its ok for him to have smashed a race record by over 5 hours in the women's race because it was already held by another man, it's almost as if he doesn't realise that it makes things worse rather than better.
He is correct about the woeful state of funding and support for women's sports but doesn't seem to understand why that means it's even more important to keep cheating men like him out. We need what little money and training to go to women so they can elevate their sport and garner more interest and therefore more money and opportunities for all women and girls, instead of giving those sparse resources to failed men who are turning women's sports into a joke which noone wants to watch thus further reducing funding and removing more opportunities for women and girls

I don't know, but I certainly wouldn't put it past him.

What would help women's sport the most as an instant action is if men stayed the fuck out of them. Looking at you Austin Killips.

I can think of various descriptors I could apply to Mr Killips, but "woman" and "the oxygen in the room" are not among them. And it doesn't matter if he comes last in every women's race he enters, he still has no business being there at all.

That was disgusting on many levels. The footage shows his violence unequivocally, yet he wasn't punished. Even if he'd done it to another man, he should have been banned for at least a season.

That the authorities did nothing is thoroughly reprehensible.

And aside from owt else, he's no place in women's sport, the abusive, cheating knuckle fucker.

I started reading the article but had to stop for the sake of my blood pressure.

He shouldn’t ever have been competing in women’s sport.

However, he’s not wrong about the lack of funding (and lack of a shit from Trump / MAGA about it) for female sports. This would be a good opportunity for Trump to stump up some cash along with his executive orders, but he won’t.

He’ll just continue making the lives of women (and men, obv), who work for the federal government, harder via his mass redundancies.

I wondered what the heck he was on about then I think he identifies as a transwoman? Am I right? I’m not familiar with him (must have missed this one)
