Neutral LGBT+ training course - does this exist?

Hello - I work for a small charity organisation in receipt of public funding and we may be needing to get some LGBT+ training for our team this year as part of our wider EDI provision. Having done a bit of research, it feels like all training I can see is very biased towards the 'trans rights are the most important' perspective. Does anyone know of a training provider with a more balanced and also legally correct view? Otherwise I think this could be quite unsafe for any gender critical members of the team - for example, even if they kept quiet during the training to be respectful and polite, this could 'out' them to colleagues and make them unemployable in the sector, as well as having a detrimental effect on wellbeing. I'd ideally like some training that safely supports the needs of both trans people and gender critical people. Does this exist? Many thanks.

Why group them together? You could instead say you are going to focus on each protected characteristic in turn.

You could then do some LGB training, focussing on the fact they are sex based sexual orientations. Then do some separate gender reassignment training? No need to go anywhere near the undefinable '+'. Maybe even throw in some training around sex based discrimination!

Don't know if separate training is offered by anyone either - but at least it would break the forced teaming.

Perhaps look at the LGB Alliance site to see if they have any resources / recommendations around LGB training?

I’d be very, very wary of the likes of Stonewall, since training from them may be along the lines of what they think the laws should be, rather than what they actually are.
