Women to get death penalty in S. Carolina for abortion

The death penalty!! I saw on TikTok that even if they searched for abortion information they could get arrested, even if they're not even pregnant!

How does it make sense (I know it doesn't) that to save a baby/fetus you kill the mother!! Just sharing but I'm sickened by what's happening in the states right now.

I am fairly sure there was an earlier thread about this, and from memory it said the same small group had re-introduced a bill that had been rejected some time ago.

And the article suggested it was highly unlikely to get made into law.

Cant remember the title of the thread, but I am sure if you search on Carolina and abortion something will come up.
