Is it me or is £320,000 not really that much for a luxury flat in Edinburgh in the grand scheme of things?

I know I was thinking that, in the new town? It would have to have at least 2 bedrooms to have people to stay so that’s a total bargain!

£320k is nothing on that street! Maybe a basement studio.

Yeah I thought this was surprisingly cheap for Edinburgh, especially described as a luxury flat.
