I thought the phrase “child pornography” had long been removed from journalists’ lexicon - it’s child sex abuse. I hope the Telegraph amend it.

Maybe a few more of these figureheads need to fall to make the internet safer, given govts seem disinclined to intervene.

The internet is a sewer any perversion no matter how obscene is only a few clicks away.
Search engine companies and social media platform owners have become way too powerful and need reigned in globally.

Gisele Pelicot, who has since divorced her husband and become a feminist icon for demanding the first trial be open to the public, is also expected to attend the new hearings.

She was preparing to be present at the appeal process with "the same determination and the same courage", one of her lawyers, Antoine Camus, has said.

Dominique Pelicot is also being investigated in two separate cases dating back to the 1990s.
