The Belfast case is not well funded yet - regular updates and in particular the court dates encourage donations.

There is a requirement for a claimant in a libel case to set out their statements complained of clearly in their pleadings including and contextual materials- this was not done properly by Paisley and his legal team. The result was the need for additional court time.

50% of costs with £23K to be paid on account within 28 days.

If anyone who has publicly stood up for women's sex based rights is then sued, or has some other legal action taken against them should be slated by women who believe in sex based rights, is just gross.

Any how after being totally side tracked, and I think I have understood the court Judgement, so it is great to have some good news.

I am sure Glinner, just like the rest of us, would love to be able to get back to leading the life we want, but find we cant because of the relentless attacks and threats from TRAs.
