It hasn't been mentioned that while Westminister and NI both acted to continue the ban puberty blockers, meanwhile on December 10 in Wales an attempt was made to bring them back. It was brought by Adam Price former Plaid leader.
The Senedd rejected calls to revoke regulations restricting the prescription of puberty blockers for under-18s with gender incongruence or dysphoria.
Senedd members voted 36-12 against annulling the regulations on December 10. Basically Labour and Tories voted it down resoundingly, the one Lib Dem MS didn't vote interestingly, while the 12 votes for the motion were all the current Plaid MS.

That Plaid is all in on bringing back blockers contrasts them with the SNP who clearly in contrast have listened to advice from NHS Scotland.
