Would Kemi Badenoch repeal the GRA?

Hi, I’ve googled but can’t find a definite r answer. Has Kemi answered this question?

She's committed to updating the EA2010 to clear up confusion as to what is a woman, but hasn't commented on the GRA.
I don't think any MP has as yet.

I haven't seen anything either.

I think it is too early to know what beyond that the Tories will stand on in the next election. It will depend on Labour's moves and also also the actions of various legal challenges. Also the argument within the party so if a faction pushes for repeal and it get strong that will have an effect.

For example if there are way more scandals exposed [very likely] and Labour's attempt to do things like a Conversion therapy bill go badly the Tories may become more radical.

Also Reform will pay a significant role if they are more decisive on gender matters the Tories will have to reposition.

Also the wider climate in 2028 maybe very different with another US election looming.
