I guess they are saying there is a room space for a biological woman and that this is very important to the biological woman who will be sharing that space with a potential newcomer.
I guess Op is wondering if the poster is going to get hauled over the coals/ disappeared for this perfectly reasonable request.

We absolutely should be able to make these requests as women protecting our safety without being vilified or policed.
