This has a thread in the telly bit but it deserves one here too. I watched it based on the 5 star Guardian Review. I didn't know the story. I'd never heard of her. I can't stop thinking about her now and what a bloody shero she is. I don't want to give spoilers but it merits a watch. It deserves awards - a shocking story incredibly well told.

The ITV drama was brilliantly done, and AMM was superb, and watching the docu afterwards, and seeing the real Celia, and hearing her, well, that was great. And the shoddiness of how she (and not just her, of course) was treated shone through. Another brave woman.

What I’m confused about is how come Melissa’s DNA didn’t match her family’s in the 90’s but it did in the 2000’s?!

It was a different body, the suspicious being he's killed more women than we know about.

This story was gripping and portrayed so well by the actors. I found Shaun Evans so scary I had to switch off for a while. (I just had to keep telling myself he's just baby Morse.)

Absolutely brilliant and binged it in two nights.

Love Shaun Evans in everything he does and very interesting portrayal as he was 'made up' to look nothing at all like the real life guy physically, but it obviously worked.

An excellent follow-up to the Post office story from ITV. Let's hope they maintain this standard of pertinent drama.

I watched a bit of episode 1 but gave up. Maybe I should give it another go and persevere. I've got to the stage with TV or books where I don't want to waste my time on something if I don't like it.
