I agree. Starmer seems unaware we've also had 3 women PMs, this isn't as groundbreaking as he thinks. But then, although I didn't particularly rate the other candidates, I have no doubt whatsoever that Starmer was chosen not because of ability (he clearly doesn't have any) but solely because he was a man. No woman has ever placed higher than a man in a Labour leadership election.

How dare he assume the chosen gender identity of every chancellor since 1129!
