Germany: Parliament to review petition to make “paedosexuality” a legally protected identity.

Today (26/09) the German parliament will review a petition by the pro-paedophile group Krumme-13 for an amendment to the constitution that would make “paedosexuality” a protected identity.

Reduxx have written a - typically thorough - article. They are unfortunately familiar with the petitioner as he was delighted by May’s decriminalisation of possession of images of child sexual abuse.

The Bundestag will hopefully do a press release as they did about his attempt to push for constitutional recognition of children’s sexuality…

You would think/hope that such a thing would be impossible, but 🫤

Jesus Christ.

Wasn’t Germany where they placed children in care with pedophiles on purpose for some god awful stupid reason along the lines of “pedos love kids!”

User37482 · 26/09/2024 06:15

I’m starting to think any legislation which could affect children should be put in front of a panel of randomly selected women over the age of 30 to check over for common sense.

I'm very familiar with Germany. I'm not up to speed with this (and don't have time to read the article), but it will go precisely nowhere, of course. I think they have to review a petition if a certain (not terribly high) number of signatures has been reached.

AyeupDuck · 26/09/2024 06:25

Sorry Germany have decriminalised images of child sex abuse, what the actual hell am I reading. I’m unsure how German politics work, do laws have to go through elected officials? I didn’t see this anywhere in the main stream media.

Toseland · 26/09/2024 08:46

How come this is called 'paedosexuality' and not 'paedogender'?

Boiledbeetle · 26/09/2024 09:53

". The topic of pedophilia / pedosexuality must constantly be in the political debate. The human rights of this sexual minority are becoming ever more restricted."

Not nearly restricted enough for my liking!!

FranticFrankie · 26/09/2024 10:23

Grim- so grim

SinnerBoy · 26/09/2024 10:35

The human rights of this sexual minority are becoming ever more restricted. The political fight for acceptance and recognition will never end.

I mean, you what?! Hopefully, it will never end because vile paedophiles will always be shunned and watched by rational people.

The list of people who signed the petition in favour could be useful to Interpol & ceops.

German Twitter yesterday said this got all of 37 signatures iirc. Meanwhile several feminist petitions against the new Self-ID law totalling thousands of supporters were given the brush-off without a hearing

It's a bit more complex. Don't recall the details but one motive for the reform was that under the old system, there was a risk of criminalizing completely innocent people, for example if they were trying to report images to the relevant authorities. Unfortunately the new version seems to have come with new loopholes.

I find it surprising that this group aren't under constant surveillance as they're clearly dangerous. They want to reduce the age of consent to 12 and believe that children can consent to sex.

It's easy not to see the wood for the trees when it comes to paedophilia. In the Netherlands for example, child abuse images aren't illegal and that child rapist who was in the Olympics only got a year as they believe she was capable of consent.

Look at the amount of child marriage there is globally, it's been estimated that in a few years, 1 in 3 marriages will be underage (typically older men and girls). Some countries don't even have a minimum age.

The Catholic church has been covering up child abuse on an industrial scale, the current investigation in Ireland has uncovered tens of thousands of abuse cases and that's just one country.

It's also known that in this country, orphanages have been used by members of high society as their own private harams. The police and others turned a blind eye to Savile.

Then you have the clothes marketed for girls. Thongs, padded bras, sexual logos, high heels. Vogue Paris had a sexualised 10 year old on its front cover. Those children's pagents in America are repulsive; it's paedophilia.

It's all around us.

Oh for fucks sake. NO it is not a 'human right' to be provided with wanking material or people to abuse. Nor is it a human right to behave very badly and abuse others while requiring that you're told you're lovely and doing nothing wrong so you don't have to feel bad about it.

Will someone get these bloody men into train watching or stamp collecting or something?
