Yes, I remember that this truth was once widely acknowledged and it was one of the things I first thought when I started becoming aware of this issue.

The Chair, it seems, had received the text of what the women were going to say in advance. She seems to have prepared her grandstand, virtue signalling ahead of time too.

I'd be tempted to send her a crochet hook, some wool and hope she'd take the hint. Except, I suspect she'd deliberately misconstrue it as a death threat 🤡

Alternatively, I could message her to tell her how proud i am to see a transwoman chairing a council meeting 😁 🐈 🐦🐦

youtube channel has some spot on insights in her pinned video about how to reform a council that we should all consider.
