It's so sad to hear what is happening in Afghanistan. This charity, set up in memory of murdered aid worker Linda Norgrove by her parents, has recently helped 19 young women to complete their medical training in Scotland.

Sending them a donation made me feel like I'd made a real difference to women there.

if anyone has seen the thread on the nonsense Amnesty are spouting about women and girls in Afghanistan, this is a heartening example of what can actually be done practically to help women and girls in Afghanistan

If there's anyone left on here who is still giving money to Amnesty, I humbly suggest you give it to these people instead.

I havent no, what are Amnesty proposing?
I certainly will never finance them again, they have turned their back on women whilst likely deriving most of their funding from us.
