I feel a little bit better with her living in Scotland and being there to push back against all the madness. I'm so angry about all that's happened at ERCC but it feels like it's been hushed up and theres been no accountability. I hope she keeps shining her light! X

Never read a word of any of her books, not my thing, but I am full of admiration for JKR's wit, intelligence, humanity, warmth, insight, generosity and courage. Peerless.

Yes, she gave Harry her birthday - but Hermione has her favourite animal as her Patronus.

Fiction not my thing full stop - I know it's weird but I like reading facts!
I doubt JKR is missing my contribution to her book sales.😉
All I know of her is that she is a brilliant brave and inspiring women; I hear she also tells a good tale and weaves a good world, and admire her for that too, but at a distance.

I know there's a suspicion - or is it a fervent wish? - that she may pop in on this thread occasionally, and I hope she does to feel the heartfelt admiration, including from me, who wouldn't know a ...... golden snitch from a horcrux - I had to google HP to find those!

I didn't put her name in the thread title as didn't want to embarrass her - but now I wished I had called it Happy Birthday JKR from FWR!

And apart from the link I used (with masses of did you know facts about JKR) was a post from WoLF on facebook.
