Just watching the amazing Katie Ledecky crushing the opposition over 1500m. What a woman.

I've done a few marathons and know how physically and mentally tough they are (I wouldn't have even considered one as hilly as yesterday ) and I actually thought as I was watching how tough it was for quite a few competitors, who got separated from a group , that it's a such long way to run alone.

Yes. Like Megan Keith but on another level!

I actually hope KJT quits while she's ahead and gets on with her life. Maybe she'll do the Worlds next year and then decide. I think she's my stand-out competitor of the Games, although there were so many amazing women.

The swimmers tend to get a bit forgotten because their events are early on but Katie Ledecky, Sarah Sjostrom, Ariarne Titmus and Summer Mcintosh are all amazing.

And Sifan Hassan and Femke Bol are on another level - they won 6 medals between them for the Netherlands!
