Reminder. When John Bercow was speaker he was also president of the Kaleidoscope Trust. He blocked MPs from asking an urgent question about how a rapist was allowed into a women's prison. Shameful to see these dangerous orgs invited into our parliament by clueless @AnnelieseDodds

It looks like that's the 'Equalities' bit covered. When is she going to consult on the Women's side of things?

Trans intersex is probably a thing. If you can identify as the opposite sex why not a DSD?

Which LGBT stakeholders exactly?

I mean, obviously, it wouldn't be just exclusively the ones who adhere to gender ideological politics as opposed to the diverse range of all LGB groups and representatives?

You know, since the history of conversion therapy horrors that's being used to push this agenda is the history of LGB people (with no evidence presented that it's much of a problem these days, or contains anything that isn't already covered under existing law)?

And that the gender ideological politics are themselves somewhat dodgy in terms of conversion therapy towards LGB people?

Identifying as "Intersex" is one of the ways that some people "explain" that they are "trans", ie. "brain intersex".

Others do it to pretend that they are "Intersex".

Others, who usually call themselves "hermaphrodites", do it because of the longstanding, centuries-old fetishisation of mythical humanoids with both male and female reproductive organs and, of course, breasts. Don't forget the breasts.

That's a thought. Were there ever mythical humanoids who were breastless "hermaphrodites"? Whenever the nonsense about "There have been trans people for millennia" is spouted this is sometimes with reference to "hermaphrodites" of myth and legend - always with breasts and objects of fetishisation by men.
