Unfortunately petitions on one of the many petitions web sites dont have any influence. Unless of course JKR tweets it!

It could be re-started but ... the process of getting a petition on the web site is different. You have to request having one.

Its the same as the UK Government petition web site.

And of course they may refuse.

But you could start the process and see how far it gets (or are they all on summer recess?)
