Biden nominated Judge who sent trans woman to a women's prison blocked from District Court - WoLF victory

(In 2022, Judge Netburn ordered the controversial transfer of an incarcerated 6’2” male child rapist, William McClain, to a federal women’s prison - overturning the Federal Bureau of Prison’s (BOP) decision. )

On April 30th, President Biden nominated the Hon. Judge Sarah Netburn, a New York magistrate judge for 12 years, to be confirmed to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Her lifetime nomination posed a severe threat to the safety of women and girls in custody due to her staunch support for “gender identity” self-ID prison policies.

Judge Netburn’s nomination has failed in committee. Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) courageously broke party ranks to vote against her lifetime confirmation. Sen. Ossoff was the only Democrat to join Republicans’ opposition - and he is the first Democratic senator to vote against a Biden nominee in committee.

Before the nomination hearing on May 22nd, an avalanche of WoLF supporters contacted the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Chief Counsels for Nomination and expressed serious concerns about her nomination for a lifetime appointment. That is good news. Does that mean the child raping man can now be removed from the women’s prison?

Unfortunately not automatically. She’s still able to practice in her position as a magistrate judge. All the committee vote has done is ensure she didn’t get a promotion to a lifetime role on the District Court. It’s set her career back, I guess.

According to Debra Nizza, a former Carswell inmate released in 2016 who remains in communication with female inmates at Carswell federal women's prison in Texas, an inmate told her that McClain pulled his penis from his pants before a group of female inmates.”

So the judge overruled the BOP decision to block ‘Shelby’ from being put in a female prison on the basis that the risk they described was “hypothetical”

And then lo and behold, he waves his dick around in front of a (literally) captive audience of women.

It is just so dismal and sick that a judge like this can exist and use their power do destructively.

And WoLF is the group that certain self righteous lefties accuse of being agents of the right.

If only the left, both male and female, where as active in protecting women's rights, then their activism would show that women standing up for women's rights are right wing.

It is the absence of the left that can be manipulated to say this means they are right wing, whereas the real question is where are the left in standing up for women's rights.
