"But what about uploading their private conversation you heard over the phoneline online publicly to multiple social media websites?"
Talk to the people who uploaded about 2 mins of a 10 minute recording to social media websites. It wasn't me, as you must know if you have checked out the links that I included in my post on the other thread. I am sure that they are quaking in their boots.
No idea why the TikTok video has been taken down - I didn't post it.
However, there seem to be several copies uploaded to X by other people, eg.

Northumbria Police do not seem to think that I have done anything wrong. As you are so convinced that I have committed a crime, maybe you would do better taking it up with the Crown Prosecution Service rather than wasting your time chuntering on about it on Mumsnet where, frankly, no one gives a damn.
*Userbongbongbong - *Despite her unacceptable behaviour, I really have a lot of sympathy for the Officer who said, "I actually agree with some of her thoughts, but I obviously don't go spouting them off and put me face on a leaflet alongside it."
She obviously knows that she would be in trouble if she dared to make her views public. This is due to top-down imposition of a toxic, pseudoscientific, reality-denying ideology that puts the official view of the Police at odds with the vast majority of the population.
The next thing she said seems to be an attempt at face-saving bravado after her confession of submission and moral weakness. She has already acknowledged that I told her that I was not asking for police protection and that the only reason I was not out leafleting myself was that I had Covid, yet she boasts that she is braver than me:
"Or if I did I would have the balls to back it up."
It does make me wonder how much of her anger towards me was due to cognitive dissonance? I was never angry with her but I have become increasingly angry with the upper echelons of the Police, on her behalf and on behalf of all the other officers who have to pretend that they believe the utter bullshit they are force-fed.
I have no sympathy at all for the other officers who we hear voicing their appalling opinions.
You have my sympathy and my thanks for clarifying the irrelevant distraction of RIPA.
Christinapple - "The stories been debated to death on the other thread, trying to find a new angle of conversation."
Your "new angle" has now been debated to death on this one.
The previous thread on this subject has more info than this one:

It is always confusing when there are multiple threads on the same subject. It happens but could I politely request that if you discover any more "new angles" that you raise them on the other thread?
