A small irritated peevish rant

I was in a museum yesterday with sexed and unisex toilets. I used both (I was at the museum. Looong time...!). Ladies, fine. Unisex - every toilet seat up and piss absolutely all over the place, from droplets to puddles. It felt like the be-penised were going in and aimlessly flinging their willies around. So depressing.

Sounds par for the course.

I expect they missed the memo thatall bogs are penis friendly these days.

Par for the course. I used to go to an achingly woke bar that went unisex and while I also hated that from a feminist pov, god the state of the bogs. Grim.

I do have a lesbian friend who claims women's toilets are equally grim and that's not an argument for segregated loos, but I completely disagree.

I'd also add that we talk about privacy and dignity when it comes to loos, part of dignity is not wading through piss.

i would have taken photos and emailed them to management and also put on social media.

I suppose we should be grateful it had the choice.

Unisex loos usually mean puddles on the floor. I have to hold the legs of my trousers up whilst trying to pull down my trousers and knickers to go! God forbid if I have to do more than a wee! 😳

I have to use accessible toilets, they can be dirty more than not as they too are mixed sex. Always wee on the floor, never used to see much of that when I was able to use regular ladies loos.
