Oh dear it seems that the general public has started to wake up to the dangers of allowing men to falsify their birth certificate

Support for people's ability to change sex on birth certificate falls https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13519601/public-support-transgender-change-sex-birth-certificate.html?ito=native_share_article-nativemenubutton

Support for people's ability to change sex on birth certificate falls

Just 24 per cent of people now agree that trans people should be allowed to change their sex 'if they want' - compared to support levels of 58 per cent in 2016.

As others have said, medical records will be missing - some people have been given a new NHS no upon transistion so their entire medical history is 'dead' unless they choose to disclose it, putting them at risk.

This is insanity.

That you can change an unchangeable document and also disrupt the census shows just how powerful the people behind this agenda are.

True, but only up until that power meets strong enough resistance.

Education is such a massive target, we are teaching what to think, not how to think. A very useful way to control the masses.Social engineering by stealth.
Those who don't respond to such education are unreachable, perhaps you need to control them by minimising their opportunities so they fight among themselves for resources.

You know what, it's embarrassing to admit this cos I've been following FWR since about 2016, but I only realised quite recently that the GRC really does change your actual birth certificate, and my jaw hit the floor.

I'd heard people talk about it of course but i'd always thought it was such a bonkers idea that they couldn't possibly mean it literally.

This is why things have gotten so far, everyone thinks 'well that would never happen' "what a bonkers idea, of course that cant happen"

But it does, and that's why we have been trying so hard to get the message out there.
It's all so insane, the GRA being the most bonkers bill even outshining the covid act in how terribly written, no thought given to anyone else, stupidity.

A very frightening line is crossed when a state passes laws to allow official records to be falsified. That’s getting into Kafka territory. It removes one of the central supports of democracy, the expectation of honesty. Even while recognising that individuals may lie, actually building a lie into the structure weakens the whole thing.

Slight digression but here is a tweet thread about the misleading of the public with respect to physician associates being used instead of fully qualified doctors.

There's also a crowd justice fundraiser by a group of anaesthetists to challenge the GMC and demand stricter regulation of these pretend doctors. Dom g a little gardening for this. It is very concerning.

Good for her. I would keep a photocopy somewhere separately too.

It's an actual copy, as in an identical document, not a photocopy and yes, she has it tucked away safely. He doesn't live with her now as he has since graduated and moved out so he's unlikely to ever even know about it. Unless he unearths it after she dies. Maybe he will find it sweet that she kept it with her other little treasures. Her precious memory of him as a newborn.

Behind each birth certificate there is the original entry in the birth register. Even in Germany, with the far reaching new self ID law, the register remains unchanged, as far as I know. New birth certificates have been issued for a long time here, too (1998?). Makes sense, because in some cases relatives of the trans person might need to prove their relation/descendancy and that only works with an unchanged register.

I do love looking back at the interview of the Dutch man who really wanted to lower his age and his side conversation with J Fae. It was good watching.

I remember that!

There was a thread about it at the time https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/womens_rights/3421396-Transage-bloke-on-Victoria-Derbyshire

And for those who didn't see it - here it is on youtube:

Transage bloke on Victoria Derbyshire | Mumsnet

Looks like Jane Fae is on to explain why it's not the same as transgender...
