His old twitter bio asked people to "leave your pronouns at the door" and he was scorning of gender twaddle. Often chatting with Marilyn via twitter re their shared incredulity at how they did it first but didn't declare themselves women. Now he's doing almost weekly if not daily ridiculous TRA rants such as todays declaration that female

It's been a while, I remember Marilyn taking the piss out of him for saying something on twitter about how all TW are lovely and wouldn't harm a fly. Marilyn said that was ridiculous, some TW are lovely and some are bastards, just like any other group (paraphrasing). That was easily 2 years ago I'm sure (I don't X so can't check now).

Haha, yeah doesn't mean much though when BG thinks he's harmless and wouldn't hurt a fly and it was all made up by the media. He went to prison for 15 months but it was all made up by the media. I always thought he was a complete narcissist.

Every now and again I would mention this person as an example of the good old days when people where "gender benders" and were helping to break down harmful gender stereo types.

This must have been confusing for anyone who then found his current TWAW musings.

I believe he was always a rather unpleasant hunan being. How's Marilyn doing these days? I'm not on Twitter but used to enjoy his sensible and sometimes very poignant ranting about gender ideology.

I'm afraid neither George nor Marilyn are the most stable of personalities. It's a shame because they obviously both know much more about being gender non conforming than most people.

I knew him in the 80s. He’d come into our salon for his extensions. He was unpleasant then and he is now. He is TRA because it suits him. He doesn’t want to lose his fan base even though he hasn’t really got one and owes more to middle aged straight women than he does to the new queers.
