Haven’t had a chance to go through it in detail, but highlights include:
- Gender GP giving testosterone to a 15 yr old
- Doses given were highest possible and would usually be given to a man after years of incremental increase
- They used adult male testosterone levels as a comparator
- The poor child was at risk of death due to the high levels of T they had
- The prescription was given without a physical examination, the psychological exam was given online by a counsellor without appropriate qualifications, there was no record of the any counselling being given regarding the known risks of PBs
- The poor child had a history of self-harm, disordered eating, was diagnosed with autism and had been held under MA for 9 months as a 13 yr old due to malnutrition
Those are just the bits I’ve skim read so God knows what other horrors there are.
That poor, poor child.
